　ヴェトナム系フランス人ビートメイカーOnraと、ソウルフル黒人キーボーディストByron The Aquariusによるユニット。
　Byron The Aquariusは、弱冠18才とは思えないグルーヴのキーボードでアメリカの田舎アラバマから登場。無名にも関わらずウェスト・ロンドン・シーンを代表するMark De Clive-Loweからビートを提供されるなど、インターネットで話題に。Jay Deeの影響を強く受けるOnraは、トリビュートCDをリリースしてスマッシュ・ヒットを記録。ビートを聴いたByron The Aquariusが彼にコンタクトして意気投合、ユニットを結成した。
　結成後始めて作った”Cosmic Travelling”がBenji Bの耳に止まり、いきなりBBCにてパワープレイ。オランダの名門Rush Hourからの、次世代ビートのカタログ的コンピ『Cinnaman and Jay Scarlett present Beat Dimensions Vol. 1』に収録された。

The Big Payback is Byron The Aquarius on the synths and Fender Rhodes and Onra on the MPC. They met on Myspace but never met in real life. Exchanged music files over the net, worked with some vocal artists, and produced an album in 2006 and released in 2007.
